AFTER A LONG TIME ..

After a pretty long time, I decided to go out tonight .. and even though I am still sick, I couldn't not go to the Drakes concert tonight! I should start getting ready, because a couple of my friends are coming over tonight to attend the "Friday Dinner Club". Haha, I love the title! So yeah .. just wanted to stop by before I go get ready and start cooking. Have a nice Friday night, my dear visitors.

PENTATONIX

 Just a random fact? Well .. I've spent a huge part of my childhood in a village where my grandma lives and I am so, so greatful that I was able to experience this even though I grew up in Bratislava.

Don't have one, we don't do that in Slovakia. But I always hated being named Petra, I always wanted my name to be Sarah.

I am still spending my days in bed just watching RHOA, RHONJ, some movies and playing Solitaire. I still can't figure out why I got sick all of a sudden, but it's already getting on my nerves. I gotta get better asap, because my "caretaker" is leaving on Thursday. So I'm drinking lots of tea and hoping that this is gonna be over soon. Other than that, I am helping a friend via Skype with learning for his graduation exams, which is kind of fun. But of course I'd rather be able to travel and help him face-to-face. Well, what can I do? Hope everyone is doing better than me.

GUEST POST: BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS 2013 [STYLECHECK]

The Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday (May 19) were as always a place full of many great artists, shows and looks. Taylor Swift definitely owned the awards, winning 11 trophies. But who owned the red blue carpet? Here are my favorite looks from yesterday’s event – check them out.

SICK

Hey there, my dear readers. I wish there would be something exciting to tell you, but to be honest .. there's not. I stayed in bed the whole day today, except for finishing our shoe-closet, because I'm sick. My throat is on fire, my nose is running, my head is pounding .. ahh, I hate it so much! Especially when I look out the window and see the marvelous weather. But what can I do? 

Something that made my mood a little better was this one song I heard today. I don't understand a word, but that doesn't matter, haha! I wasn't watching the Eurovision song contest, but I've seen a little compilation of all the songs today .. this one's most deffinitely my favorite! What do you think? Did you have any other favorite?

FASHION [NEW IN]

Here is some new stuff I bought. Even though (as we all know) I hate shopping - or actually the female version of shopping), eS found a great small store with cool stuff and amazing prices and I just wanted to check it out. Here is the stuff I got ..

 

Blue studded clutch + blue slippers. I don't wear ballerinas, but since the summer is here and it's almost impossible to walk around berlin in heels, I got these blue slippers. I love the color!

6 YEARS + DBNBS

May 13th is a very special day for me. The reason is quite simple - It's the official beginning of me and eS. Yesterday was our 6th anniversary. What can I say about the last 6 years? They were the most challenging, but also the best years of my life. Especially because of all the memories I share with her. All the concerts we went to, all the events we attended together, but also all those times we spent together doing nothing. And all the bad stuff we've been through together just made our friendship that much stronger. It's crazy when I look back .. in the beginning, we were two 13 year old girls, both huge fans of a band from Germany. Now? We're almost 20, living in the country we always wanted to live in. Together, in one apartment. And even though not everything in our lives is going great right now, our friendship (it's weird calling it that, since we're so much more to each other) is stronger and better than ever before. 

eS, thank you for everything .. good and bad. I love you more than anyone else. Cheers to many more years to come. ♥ Kéneseseombré.
